Recruiting Needs

Ascendence is currently recruiting the following classes for ICC25. We're looking for 4-5 healers, 4-5 melee DPS and 4-5 ranged DPS. We raid Tuesday and Thursday nights, from 730-1030pm server (Pacific). We consider ourselves to be a mediumcore guild, for those that don't know what that is, it's a guild that doesn't have as many raid days/hours as a "hardcore" guild, but doesn't consider themselves casual either. We raid to have fun, but we also expect people to show up when they sign up, show up on time, with proper gems, enchants, gear, spec, and glyphs; as well having fully repaired gear, and bringing any consumables/reagents they may need for the raid. As we only raid 6 (sometimes 9) hours a week, we have to make the best out of the time that we have available. As such, things like not showing up to a raid you have signed up for, excessive AFKing during the raid, etc., will not be permitted if shown to be habitual.

That being said, we have a lot of fun while we raid, we're pretty laid back, and try our best to remember that this is only a game. We're currently 6/12 ICC10, and are looking to expand to ICC25 in the next week, using PUG's if necessary.

Ascendence is a medium-core Horde guild on the Silvermoon (US) server. We currently raid Tuesday and Thursday nights from 730-1030pm server (pacific) time. We're currently running half guild ICC10s, and working on recruiting towards full guild and 25s in the near future.

We utilize EP/GP as our loot system, and do not have set attendance requirements other than showing up for raids that you sign up for.

Medium-core means that we don't raid a lot, but when we do raid, we expect people to be at the top of their respective games. This means being on vent, listening to instructions, taking constructive criticism, and not standing in the fire. We have a lot of fun, but we also don't want to waste the raiding time that we have.
